We are looking for Sales Champions to join our team.
We have a very large vehicle inventory (both new and used), and our business is growing (we have more leads than we can currently handle).
We are currently hiring for:
What is Vehicle Exchange Sales you ask?
*Vehicle Exchange: Work on a team completely separate from the traditional sales group. Work exclusively in our very high volume service drives (Chevrolet or Hyundai) creating appraisals for clients to purchase their existing vehicle and quote upgrade opportunities to help them into a new or newer vehicle with little to no money out of pocket. This position also represents our KBB Instant Cash Offer Department and thus handles vehicle acquisition appointments for client wanting to sell us their vehicle. We back you up with a dedicated BDC Agent that sets appointments for you and this department has a dedicated manager that works with you constantly. You are exclusively working with existing customers who frequent our service department or those who have sent us a lead via Kelly Blue Book. You are paid both to buy cars and sell cars (double opportunity to earn).
Qualified Candidates should have experience in automotive internet sales applicable experience. This is not an entry level position.
Main Point: You’ve gotta like the service drive and you gotta like people, otherwise please stop here.
This is a 5 Day Per Week FULL-TIME position that will require you to work Some Rotating Saturday’s (Always Off Sundays). We realize this will limit people able to apply for this position. Due to the unique nature of the service drive, most of the hours for this role are daytime hours and no Sundays, so you can benefit from the income opportunities offered by automotive sales without the traditional late nights and every weekend hours.

We run an activity-based dealership. We don’t come to work to wait, we come to work to work. We generate tons of leads via the service drive internet, social media. You will get your fair share of these leads plus get to participate in the rich history of Harbor's award winning service department traffic (we see 70 people a day in our service drives). If you follow our proven process and work our proven systems, you will achieve above average results in our industry.
We can teach you automotive product knowledge and communication skills, but we cannot teach talent, energy, positive attitude, character, and drive (we can help bring this out of you if you have it inside). We will provide you with the tools, support and training it takes to be successful. You will need to supply the “get up and go" – the positive attitude and the work ethic.

Those who worked for another dealership but always thought to themselves “there has to be a better way to do this." If this is you, then we need to talk. However, if you loved the car business at “the other place" (making fun of customers, hurting people, cussing, and complaining about your customers), then please don’t apply!
COMPENSATION AND EARNING POTENTIAL*
Competitive Hourly Rate for Hours Worked, PLUS commissions and bonuses, PLUS manufacture's bonus programs
IN OUR CURRENT RETAIL ENVIRONMENT:
Earnings Range Estimated: $36,000 - $200,000 per year
Sales Champions can earn more than $150,000 annually selling 20 Vehicles per Month and Buying 15 *
Achievers can earn approximately $90,000 - $100,000 annually selling around 15 Vehicles per Month any buying around 10*
Average Performers earn approximately $50,000 - $60,000 annually selling around 10 Vehicles per Month and buying around 8*
*Based on Current Dealership Averages, Payplan and Bonus Structure. Subject to modification.

Ability to Secure a DMV Sales License (not required to interview)
