Harbor Foodservice is Hiring a Night Shift Operations Assistant Near Kent, WA

The pay range is between $25.00/hour to $30.00/hour.
Shift Sunday - Thursday 3pm - 1130pm
- Various duties supporting the night management team.
- Research and document information for productivity analysis of warehouse team members
- Provide administrative support for Operations Department, to include management and all Operations team members.
- Crew Planning and Scheduling functions.
- Receiving purchase orders and enter incoming product data into the computer.
- Provide telephone support
- Selector (pick label) maintenance
- Phone in printer service requests & assist with general maintenance
- Provide administrative and clerical support to all operations management. Compile, record, print and distribute various computer-generated reports, daily, weekly and monthly.
- Type Union correspondence upon request.
- Compile and maintain statistical data based on research techniques for productivity analysis of the warehouse.
- Provide operations labor figures to the Operations Management.
- Log all mis-picks and enter data for subsequent report. Log all hours on reports for warehouse.
- Maintain trainee training records
- Manage Alaska order shipping
- All other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent - Required
- One to two years of office experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook.
- Strong Communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, able to handle different situations, personalities and able to manage deadlines, able to work well with other departments.
- Ability to multitask
- Flexible scheduling
- Ability to pass background investigation and drug test.
