Job Title : Receptionist Division : Corporate Supervisor : Head of Human Resources Status : Non-Exempt JOB SUMMARY : Responsible for answering and screening phone calls for the corporate office, and for receiving visitors and directing them to the appropriate person within the office.
Position requires strong customer service skills at all times, and sometimes requires the ability to handle unpleasant calls from apartment residents, vendors, etc. Key Responsibilities
