Job Title : Receptionist Division : Corporate Supervisor : Head of Human Resources Status : Non-Exempt JOB SUMMARY : Responsible for answering and screening phone calls for the corporate office, and for receiving visitors and directing them to the appropriate person within the office.

Position requires strong customer service skills at all times, and sometimes requires the ability to handle unpleasant calls from apartment residents, vendors, etc. Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, determine purpose of caller, and forward to appropriate personnel or department.
• Greet a wide range of visitors and direct them to the proper person within the office.
• Maintain necessary inventory of office supplies and place orders and distribute as needed.
• Use tact and customer service skills to handle a wide range of phone calls from apartment residents, vendors, job applicants, investors, etc.
• Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
• Process HR related invoices accurately and timely.
• Establish building and parking garage access for new hires and coordinate parking validations for visitors.
• Maintain, organize and keep reception area tidy.
• Assist with other HR or administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications and Experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years' related experience required.
• Must possess strong interpersonal and superior customer service skills, with the ability to make quick decisions.
• Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to remain calm and handle difficult callers.
