The ideal candidate is someone with experience leading Transformation, Productivity Improvement and Change at both the firm level and business functional level. Experience leading multiple projects within a program with a high degree of executive partner management that delivers impactful benefits and results. This role is within the Enterprise Continuous Improvement (ECI) Department, which aligns under the Strategy Innovation & Execution (SIE) Organization. What you will do
Identify and guide important projects to promote organizational transformation and change
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
Lead and coordinate project management tasks, ensuring successful achievement of important targets and goals
Provide guidance, mentorship and coaching to promote continuous learning and productivity improvements
Stay updated on industry trends and effective approaches to stay ahead of competitors and drive scale
What you bring
Track record of successfully completing large-scale projects across Process, People, Data and Technology within complex organizations
Strong process approach, ability to effectively translate business problems into implementable solutions with quantifiable business benefits
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a flexible approach and the ability to adjust to different situations and customers
Proven change leader with ability to influence leaders to the desired outcomes
Ability to think critically, focusing on data analysis and attention to detail
Education Preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience
10 years of experience in process engineering and project management, with a focus on transformation and change
