The ideal candidate is someone with experience leading Transformation, Productivity Improvement and Change at both the firm level and business functional level. Experience leading multiple projects within a program with a high degree of executive partner management that delivers impactful benefits and results. This role is within the Enterprise Continuous Improvement (ECI) Department, which aligns under the Strategy Innovation & Execution (SIE) Organization.

What you will do
- Identify and guide important projects to promote organizational transformation and change
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead and coordinate project management tasks, ensuring successful achievement of important targets and goals
- Provide guidance, mentorship and coaching to promote continuous learning and productivity improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends and effective approaches to stay ahead of competitors and drive scale
- Track record of successfully completing large-scale projects across Process, People, Data and Technology within complex organizations
- Strong process approach, ability to effectively translate business problems into implementable solutions with quantifiable business benefits
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a flexible approach and the ability to adjust to different situations and customers
- Proven change leader with ability to influence leaders to the desired outcomes
- Ability to think critically, focusing on data analysis and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 10 years of experience in process engineering and project management, with a focus on transformation and change
