Job Description:

As a Sales Support associate, you will provide assistance and support to the sales team and management by responding to customer inquiries, maintaining customer programs and help to create product presentations. Position requires individual to work from Corporate Headquarters located in Englewood, New Jersey full-time.

Responsibilities:

• Work with sales in driving value and meeting customer needs
• Work as a team with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Able to prioritize effectively
• Other job duties and projects as assigned

Experience:

• Previous in-house Sales Support experience.
• Promotional Products or merchandise industry
• Strong verbal, written and communication skills
• Team Player
• Ability to multi-task
• Detailed Oriented
• Analytical Skills
• Ability to create documents and spreadsheets.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office.
