Role and Responsibilities
The HR assistant duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department, from onboarding to maintaining our employee database to tracking daily sign in sheets. The HR Assistant will act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
At least one (1) year of HR or Admin experience
Key Requirements
Good understanding of HR operations (specifically onboarding).
Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
Hands-on experience with MS Office.
Solid organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communications skills.
Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
