What’s the position?Our portfolio of sportsbook properties requires technical support to ensure our Sportsbetting kiosks, operator terminals and odds boards function correctly so we can ensure our customers have the best possible user experience at our sportsbooks. You will be tasked to travel where and when needed to deliver urgent support and scheduled maintenance. Reporting to the Retail team your key relationships will be with our IT, Product, and Design teams as well as our property partners. Your responsibilities will include
On-site support
Planned maintenance
Remote support
Training
Spare parts management
Installation planning and execution
Contributing insight and guidance to the Retail team’s projects
Building strong relationships with property maintenance teams
What are we looking for?
Troubleshooting experience with both software and hardware – ideally within the gaming industry
Clean driving record and valid license (as this position will require significant amounts of travel)
A clear thinker and communicator with ability to produce reports, detect patterns and deliver solutions
Ability to work with heavy equipment and operate tools
