What's the position?
Our Sportsbook Regulatory, Audit and Integrity Director will report to the SVP Sportsbook and will be responsible for ensuring our sportsbook operations adhere to all the relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards across all jurisdictions and channels where Hard Rock Digital have a presence.
You will oversee, improve and broaden our sportsbook internal auditing processes, and will hold the relevant teams to account to ensure we are always operating to the highest standards and delivering the required quality assurance to the business.
You will manage a team of business analysts and regulatory/audit/integrity specialists to support the broad range of functions and auditing the department are required to deliver. You will continuously train and upskill the team to ensure they are industry leading.
The role will have a relationship with our integrity partners and will ensure a robust process is implemented for investigation, triage and response to all integrity alerts.
Your team will coordinate with our regulatory partners within the Hard Rock Digital Compliance team to ensure an aligned and watertight approach to our internal and external communications.
What are we looking for?

• Leadership experience in the regulatory or trading operations functions of an online sportsbook.
• Comfortable in data and detail, fluent in back-office tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Calm, engaged and visible when issues arise.
• Strategic, decisive, and logical in your thinking.
• Subject matter expert on sports and sportsbook - especially US Sports, but with some understanding of all our sportsbook products.
• Deep understanding and experience of the regulatory terrain in the US.
• Eligible for gaming licensing in all states and jurisdictions where we are active.
