  • Develop and manage advanced analytics models and predictive algorithms to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities from large and complex datasets.
  • Enable self-service analytics capabilities for various business units, empowering data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Data Governance and Compliance:

  • Establish and enforce data governance practices, data security protocols, and data privacy regulations to ensure compliance and protect sensitive information.
  • Implement data cataloguing and metadata management processes to enhance data discoverability and lineage tracking.
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to data protection and regulatory requirements.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with IT, software engineering, and other departments to integrate data engineering and analytics solutions seamlessly into the technology landscape.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Research teams to support data-driven product development and innovation.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing data engineering and analytics teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
