Core Responsibilities
Work with junior installers and in-house fabrication specialists to meet customer deadlines and project completion. Also, able to work with the sales-end of the house to discuss fabrication, installation, and material types to use on types of signs and projects. Coordinate with sales regarding installs and any delay in production as necessary.
Assist maintenance and organization in the back of the house to ensure that it is functioning in an efficient manner. Ensure junior installers and fabricators are maintaining a safe and clean work environment from everything to the shop to the company trucks.
Be that person for the junior installers can look up to and want to emulate!
