Position Description

Harding Academy is in search of an Assistant Boys Lacrosse Coach for the Spring 2025 season. This is a part time, non-faculty position (no benefits).

This is a 6th-8th grade middle school position.

The season goes from Monday, February 24 through Friday, May 2. Qualified candidates should have afternoon availability between 3:15-5:15pm for practices, and a little later into the evening for game days which are typically on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Participation at our Winter/Spring Athletic Awards Ceremony in May should be anticipated.

Qualifications/Experience


Qualified candidates:

  • preferably must have 3-5 years of lacrosse coaching experience
  • must have afternoon availability 3:15-5:15pm for practices, and a little later into the evening for game days which are typically on Tuesdays and Thursdays
