Join Harger Lightning & Grounding, a leader in the lightning protection industry. We are seeking an experienced Project Sales Coordinator to coordinate lightning protection and grounding projects from initial customer request through product delivery.

Responsibilities

As a Project Sales Coordinator you will be a project liaison for all external requests coming in through multiple channels. You will also submit requests to Field Services, review plans, create BOM's and enter data into our ERP system.

Other responsibilities:

• Coordinate On-boarding calls and Preliminary Design Estimates for follow-up tracking.
• Provide accurate pricing, manufacturing, and delivery lead times to aid in timely project completion.
• Maintain yearly Grounding Takeoff vs Order Tracking Spreadsheet.
• Create time based ballpark PDE’s.
• Collaborate with multiple teams for a common goal of quote follow-up close rate.

Education, Experience and Preferred Skills

• High School diploma is required. Some college is preferred.
• Electrical or construction industry related experience is desired.
• Ability to evaluate technical drawings, blueprints or proposals and accurately interpret them.
• Work independently and provide accurate information.
• Very strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Knowledge of Navision ERP system is a plus.
• Effective communication skills; written and oral.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient math ability.
