About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Human Resources to join their team. The successful candidate will be a strategic business partner, responsible for translating business unit goals into an effective HR strategy that maximizes execution and impact. This role involves driving employee performance, leading talent management programs, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. The VP, HR will also be tasked with leading a team of HR professionals, ensuring the company's values are embedded throughout the business unit, and partnering with HR Centers of Excellence to drive operational excellence.Candidates for the Vice President, Human Resources position at the company should be engaged, proactive, and data-oriented, with a passion for talent and a focus on driving performance and accountability. Executive presence, keen business acumen, and the ability to influence and challenge the status quo are essential. The role requires a fast-paced, decisive leader with global HR experience, particularly in a manufacturing environment, and a proven track record in all aspects of HR, including talent management, organizational efficiency, and employee engagement. A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and at least 12 years' of progressive HR leadership experience are also required.
