We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing and Sales Director to join our team and help drive our growth.
Role Overview:
As the Marketing and Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales and brand growth. You will play a critical role in securing new clients and booking events, with the opportunity to directly impact your earnings through a commission-based structure and profit-sharing plan.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:
Create and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, attract new clients, and drive sales for our private chef, catering, and mobile bar services.
Lead Generation: Identify, target, and convert potential clients through various channels, including digital marketing, social media, networking events, and partnerships.
Sales and Client Relations: Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to contract signing. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to execution.
Content Creation: Collaborate with our team to create compelling content, including social media posts, blog articles, email campaigns, and promotional materials that resonate with our target audience.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing and sales strategies, adjusting tactics as necessary to maximize results.
Brand Development: Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the Harlow Hospitality Group brand, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Compensation:
This position is commission-based with a lucrative profit-sharing component, designed to reward high performance.
Commission Structure:
10% of revenue from new client bookings (e.g., private chef services, catering events, and WanderBar services).
5% commission on repeat client bookings.
Profit Sharing:
5% Profit Sharing on net profits generated by new business you bring in, calculated quarterly.Potential for equity options after one year of proven performance.
