Sustainable Expectations for the position

We are seeking multiple licensed mental health clinicians to join our team. As a licensed mental health clinician, you will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions to clients dealing with a variety of mental health issues. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress to ensure that clients are receiving the support they need.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting intake assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Providing evidence-based therapy to clients using a variety of modalities
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitoring and documenting client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Participating in case conferences and treatment team meetings
- Providing crisis intervention and support as needed

Qualified candidates will have a Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field, along with a current state license to practice as a mental health clinician. Experience working with a diverse population and providing trauma-informed care is preferred.
