We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Billing Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the billing and accounts receivable functions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the billing process, including reviewing invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain and update billing records and customer accounts

- Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely and accurate collection of payments

- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any billing discrepancies
- Supervise a team of billing and accounts receivable specialists
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve billing and accounts receivable processes
- Generate reports on billing and accounts receivable performance for management review
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and customer service, to resolve billing and accounts receivable issues

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 5 years of experience in billing and accounts receivable management
- Strong knowledge of billing and accounts receivable principles and practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
