Harmonic Hot Tubs is Hiring a Planner/Scheduler Near Franklin, KY
- Develop production schedule to ensure timely shipments
- Coordinate production and adjust schedules as needed.
- Determine manpower, equipment and materials needed for production.
- Enter work orders into ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
- Monitor projects to ensure completion.
- Identify opportunities for improvements.
- Keep management apprised of any issues that could impact production
- Attend manager meetings and give updates
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Previous Scheduling and/or Planning experience is required.
- 1 to 2 years experience as a Planner or Scheduler in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritize projects.
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Previous data entry experience
- Organizational and problem solving skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in Microsoft Office and/or Google Docs
