We are a leading company focused on e-commerce, specializing in the wholesale, import/export market. With a diverse range of products and a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dedicated E-Commerce Account Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our expanding online presence.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process multiple orders from our Amazon account, including order confirmation and cancellation.
• Responsible for printing shipping documents, including carton labels, packing slips, and carrier manifests.
• Regularly update and manage inventory, ensuring accuracy in warehouse stock levels.
• Understand e-commerce supply chain requirements and adhere to best practices.
• Quickly learn and become familiar with the company’s extensive range of products.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and comply with company rules and policies.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards personal and team improvement, embracing challenges for career advancement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in food & beverage OR Amazon account management.
• Experience in the Food & Beverages sector is considered a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; business-related fields are a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.
• Strong verbal communication, social skills, and ability to engage effectively with colleagues and clients.
• Excellent multitasking, organizational, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Advanced English writing skills, with the ability to craft unique and interesting product descriptions.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Working Schedule:

• Full-time, On-Site: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.

Compensation:

• Salary: $52,000 - $62,000 per year, based on experience.
