We are a private dental office that specializes in high-end, general and cosmetic dentistry. We utilize high quality materials, modern technology, and luxurious customer service to provide our patients with an exceptional experience that they cannot get from any other dental office. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Front office receptionists are the patient's first point of contact. You will represents us from the time patients call for schedule their visit to the time they leave their appointment. We are seeking a warm, welcoming person that helps the patients feel comfortable, and ties the visit together in a way that makes patients enjoy dentistry. You will welcome patients, get them checked in, help them feel welcome and comfortable. Offer the restroom, water, or any other amenities. Learn dental insurance and be able to double check charts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Make all of our patients feel comfortable and let them know you are there to take care of them

-Know regular patients by name; know their preferences and needs

-Take payments and enter into the POS system

-Keep the reception spaces clean and presentable

-Answer phones calls, emails, text messages

-Schedule patients: become familiar with the dental program we use

-Go above and beyond patient expectations; respond promptly and courteously to their requests

QUALIFICATIONS:

-A person who loves people and has the ability to create a warm and welcoming environment

-Comforting, welcoming, friendly body language and tone (treat patients like a friend/family member, not a number)

-Excellent communication skills and the desire to work as a part of a team and own your role

-We are looking for a customer service you would find at your neighborhood coffee shop

-Priority to candidates that have at least 2 years of experience in customer service

-Dental knowledge/experience is preferred but not required

-Ideal candidate has worked front office dental for at least 1 year

-Willing to train if meets all other skills

SCHEDULE/HOURS:

-Monday - Thursday: 7:30am-5:00pm

-Fridays: 7:30am-2:00pm

-Weekends & major holidays: OFF

JOB TYPE:

PAY:

-$19.00 - $25.00 per hour
