We want to know about your interests, experiences, and passions so that we can thoughtfully match you with our clients * You will be recognized when you do a great job and improve the life of an older adult *Typical Activities and Responsibilities* * Providing companionship to older adults and individuals with chronic conditions; this may include discussing shared interests, or taking trips to cultural venues * Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing or dressing assistance * Assisting with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) such as meal preparation, grocery shopping, and light housework * Safety supervision, standby assistance with ambulation or certain other tasks, medication reminders, adherence to care plans * For clients with dementia, you’ll need to communicate effectively, provide mental stimulation, and/or safety supervision, as necessary Please take a minute to apply for our positions, or even submit a question about what it means to work with our organization.
