Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various settings in residential homes. Duties:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming

- Sanitize and disinfect surfaces to ensure a clean and safe environment

- Clean and polish fixtures, windows, mirrors, and other surfaces

- Change Linens when requested

- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners

- Assist with organizing and decluttering spaces

- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines

- Respond to customer requests and inquiries in a professional manner

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

Skills:

- Previous experience in residential cleaning prefered but will train qualified candidate.

- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning products

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently

- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes

- Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency

- Good communication skills to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Must have your own transportation, valid DL and insurance. You will travel to homes in personal vehichle.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
