Duties:
- Operate a school bus or paratransit vehicle following designated routes and schedules.
- Ensure the safety of passengers during boarding, transit, and disembarking.
- Implement behavior management strategies when needed to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
- Provide superior customer service to all passengers, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Perform minor mechanical tasks and routine vehicle maintenance checks.

Skills:
- Proficient in commercial driving techniques with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Experience in school bus driving or paratransit services is advantageous.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on passenger satisfaction.
- Knowledge of behavior management principles for handling diverse passenger needs.
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor vehicle maintenance tasks.
- Ability to educate passengers on safety procedures and assist as necessary.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
