We are seeking a skilled and motivated Informatica MDM Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Informatica tools. This role requires deep technical expertise in Informatica MDM, Informatica Data Director (IDD), and Service Integration Framework (SIF), along with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.

This position is Hybrid and requires US Citizenship or Green Card.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Implementation:
  • Design, develop, and implement MDM solutions using Informatica MDM.
  • Configure and customize Informatica IDD to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain SIF services for data integration and synchronization.
• Data Management:
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across MDM systems.
  • Manage and optimize data matching and merging processes.
  • Perform data quality assessments and implement data cleansing strategies.
• Support and Maintenance:
  • Provide technical support for MDM-related issues and resolve incidents promptly.
  • Monitor and maintain MDM environments to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct regular system health checks and apply necessary updates and patches.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MDM solutions with other systems.
  • Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MDM implementation and support using Informatica tools.
  • Proven experience with Informatica MDM, IDD, and SIF.
  • Hands-on experience with data modeling, data integration, and ETL processes.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
  • Familiarity with web services and APIs for data integration.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell scripting) is a plus.
