Salary: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year, depending on experience, with the potential to earn quarterly incentives based on performance

Typical Schedule is Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm, but exact hours may vary. Some weekend work and occasional travel for training is required.

Client Service Manager Expectations

  • You’re accountable for achieving branch sales goals and promoting products and services such as waterproofing, maintenance agreements, re-roofs, and roof repairs.
  • You’ll be collaborating closely with multiple stakeholders, including project managers, office staff, customers and vendors, so you must enjoy interacting with people in-person and on the phone.
  • You will identify prospective customers and develop your network to generate new sales leads.
  • You’ll conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers, presenting sales proposals.
  • You’ll be responsible for educating customers on the benefits of our products and services.
  • You’ll be responsible for fostering relationships with building owners, contractors, and customers in the Springfield market, actively seeking referrals and repeat business.
  • It’s your job to maintain records of sales leads and customers.
  • We’ll expect you to collaborate with the marketing department to help strengthen our brand.
  • You’ll be working at a fast pace to sell large-scale commercial roofing projects and will need to adapt quickly to ensure we keep current clients happy, follow up with prospects and keep a pipeline of new clients full.
  • When challenges arise, maintain a positive attitude and a calm demeanor as you work towards a solution.
  • You will maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety procedures in accordance with company standards and OSHA regulations.

Client Service Manager Skills & Experience

  • Must be comfortable with heights and willing and able to climb a ladder and get on roofs
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to commute to or relocate to Springfield, Missouri
  • Experience in roof management and customer service is a plus, but we also value the right attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong interpersonal and writing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software
  • Self-motivated, independent, and able to solve problems
  • A team player with exceptional multitasking abilities
  • Ability to represent yourself professionally with your teammates and our customers
  • Natural curiosity and problem solving ability
  • Willingness to actively engage with clients and prospects
  • Thinks fast and enjoys being active
