As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for maintaining Machine Learning system integrity and ensuring its reliability over time. Your expertise in Python and machine learning engineering will be instrumental in scaling models efficiently and accurately. With a focus on data pipelines, you'll organize, scale, and maintain multiple models that operate in tandem, ensuring that data is always precise.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Requirements:

• You've completed projects from scratch, demonstrating your ability to architect, plan, and scale solutions.
• Commercial experience in machine learning, with a focus on MLOps and production-grade deployment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A track record of tech leadership and mentorship in Machine Learning, guiding teams to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with cloud platforms such as (Heroku, GCP, AWS, AZURE).
• Having a knack for working with financial data, including accounting systems like QuickBooks and downstream financial data is also a plus.
