The Role: The Senior Manager of Consumer Insights & Advanced Analytics will play a pivotal role in supporting one of four Marketing VP/GMs by driving data-driven decision-making strategies. This role encompasses business simulations, competitive intelligence, and risk management, focusing on market and brand growth drivers, competitive assessments, spend optimization, and overall top-line and bottom-line impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic thought leader and advisor on data analytics within the Marketing POD.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing VP/GM to identify and prioritize key business initiatives requiring data-driven insights.
• Utilize AI Enterprise Business Intelligence, AI Advanced Analytics and Data Science, and AI Human Truths solutions to gather and analyze data, extracting actionable insights.
• Conduct simulations and war-gaming exercises to evaluate various business scenarios and potential outcomes.
• Identify business risks and opportunities aligned with strategic goals and constraints.
• Present findings and recommended actions in a clear and compelling manner to senior executives.
• Influence and collaborate with AI Enterprise Business Intelligence, AI Advanced Analytics and Data Science, and AI Human Truths teams to enhance data products to meet evolving business needs.
• Lead the training initiatives for Marketing POD members on key AI analytics solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Engineering, or Business/Marketing.
• Demonstrated success in solving complex business problems using data analytics to drive decision-making.
• Proficiency with syndicated market data and BI/OLAP platforms and solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working effectively in a matrixed organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (Master’s/Ph.D.) in Econometrics, Data Science, Engineering, or Business/Marketing.
• 6 years of experience in over the counter (OTC) healthcare and/or consumer packaged goods industries.
• Prior experience at a Tier 1 Management Consulting firm is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with scenario planning, war-gaming, and optimization techniques.
