About the Position: As the Sales Operations Manager, you are responsible for managing the sales support services aspect of our business at the regional level and implement the company's strategic plan to achieve goals of profitability and growth. You will lead by promoting our vision and values. We are looking for someone to provide central / focused leadership by directly supervising our sales support staff in the region and for making the complete team function as a whole. You will manage all operations within the prime product group, i.e. sales coordination operations, trucking and maintenance as well as be responsible for the physical inventory to insure it is accurate throughout the year. You will also oversee all expenses related to operations, performance measurements standards and warranty claims and registration, asset tracking and billing/invoice accuracy.

Qualifications & Experience Needed: A college degree is preferred and as well as 3-4 years construction sales industry experience. This position will require personal initiative in handling potential problems with workload priorities. There could be AK & MT travel required a couple times per year. Having excellent verbal, written and presentation skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office Products, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are also necessary.
