We are seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our dynamic team in Ann Arbor. As one of our team's key leaders, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusiveness, and delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example, embodying our commitment to impeccable service and culinary excellence.
• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and administrative functions.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef to ensure seamless service from the back of house to the front.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue generation, cost control, and profitability.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency, ensuring adherence to all health and safety regulations.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar leadership role in an upscale dining and/or catering establishment.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data, develop budgets, and implement cost-saving measures.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and vendors.
• Passion for hospitality and a dedication to delivering unparalleled dining experiences.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
