Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cost Estimator. The Cost Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, estimating costs, developing budgets, and implementing cost control measures. The Cost Estimator will collaborate with project managers, superintendents and subcontractors to ensure accurate and timely cost estimates throughout all stages of the construction projects.

  • Cost Management, Budgeting, and Cost Control skills
  • Analytical Skills and Project Estimation experience
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent mathematical and financial analysis skills
  • Proficient in construction estimating software
