Harper Fueling Solutions is seeking a skilled Parts Manager to join our team. The Parts Manager will oversee the procurement, inventory control, and distribution of parts within our company.
Duties:
- Manage inventory levels to ensure parts availability for both the service and construction departments
- Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software for tracking inventory
- Coordinate with vendors to procure necessary parts and supplies
- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse management practices, including responsibility for all company building maintenance and repair
- Conduct data entry for parts tracking and inventory control
Experience - The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
- At least 2 years of experience with Fueling Equipment - Gilbarco, Wayne, and Veeder-Root is required
- At least 2 years of expertise in inventory control and procurement procedures is required
- Proficiency in an ERP software for effective parts management
- Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Strong background in warehouse management practices
