The Show Crew Associate will provide support to our Show Operations team and our clients, by being responsible for supporting the company’s needs regarding the set-up and breakdown of all tradeshows needs during the Show Season (typically January|February and August). The duties performed by the Show Crew Associate must be completed in a quick manner, while ensuring to still follow all safety procedures.

Essential Functions: 

• Be team player and do anything requested to assist with the set-up and breakdown of Trade Show Booth. This may include, but not limited to:

• Breaking down pallets and moving fixtures & product boxes to designated Booth Areas
• Sanding & Painting Booth Walls
• Moving Fixtures & product boxes to designated areas during Breakdown

• Punctual – arrive on time at start of day
• Complete assigned tasks to full completion in timely and efficient manner.
• Ability to work independently to complete assigned tasks to completion after receiving proper instruction.

Experience and Education:

• Willingness to work 10-12hr days and weekends, which may include late evening hours|overnight
• Willingness to ask questions if unsure of task(s) requested to complete
• Ability to work well under pressure and adaptable to rapid changes to fit the needs of the project
• Must be able to perform tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Travel Requirements:

Ability to get to and from Jacob Javits Center
