JOB SUMMARY: Supervise security personnel in the performance of duties relating to the protection of company assets, employees, and guests. Responsible for interviewing, training, hiring, scheduling, monitoring, providing feedback, handling concerns, complaints, problem solving, appraising employee performance, disciplining and coordinating work in a safe and customer service-oriented manner complying with all applicable laws regulations, standards, and policies.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Review and approve all security documentation as needed.
• Ensure labor and staffing meet business demands.
• Supervise and train officers to ensure all company policies are adhered to.
• Assist guests and employees in a variety of situations concerning guest/employee
• safety, asset protection and customer service.
• Respond to and investigate incidents and accidents concerning the welfare of guests,
• employees and property.
• Must be able to respond and react calmly and quickly in crises situations as well as
• make rational decisions.
• Communicate directly with outside authorities: Metro police departments, Fire
• department and Paramedics as needed in response to property incidents.
• Comply with all policies and procedures of the department and company.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in security or law enforcement field preferred; previous supervision in field. Knowledgeable in investigations, gaming regulations and internal controls required. Valid Driver’s License required. Gaming Sheriff's Card and Alcohol Awareness Card Required Must be certified for CPR and AED cards.
