Project Manager needed for a reputable insulation company in the Lake Zurich area! This is a solid career opportunity that will be responsible for managing, coordinating and overseeing all aspects of insulation projects at client sites across Northeastern Illinois.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of mechanical insulation projects from planning to execution and ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, quality and safety standards.
• Provide field crew with detailed information on the project’s scope and requirements
• Managing and organizing all necessary materials for jobs.
• Supervising crews on the job sites, providing technical support and guidance, and setting standards for job’s execution
• Interacting with client production personnel, installers, subcontractors
• Executing production checks
• Managing change orders
• Monitoring and enforcing safety to ensure compliance with all regulations

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in Project Management in the construction industry is preferred.
• Associate’s Degree required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
• Ability to travel - this position will require 60%-70% of travel to client sites throughout Illinois.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background in construction, insulation, or the trades is preferred.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
