Reputable multidisciplinary design firm is seeking a Power Delivery Project Manager to join their Phoenix team!

Responsibilities:

• Lead project management for complex projects (manage teams, coordinate resources)
• Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets
• Track project progress to keep on budget and schedule, manage change requests, execute risk management, and maintain quality standards
• Serve as primary contact between clients and project team
• Manage contract negotiations
• Build/maintain client relationships
• Mentor/train junior staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, construction, planning, landscape architecture preferred
• Associates degree with equivalent experience will be considered
• 7 years of experience in the energy industry, preferably in the Arizona Utilities market
• Previous experience managing projects and client relationships (50/50 focus on both)
