HFA seeks a strong licensed professional architect, based in Northwest Arkansas, to develop a fresh approach to prototype development and maintenance for a national retail roll-out program. The succesful applicant will be familiar with and knowledgeable of the retail design and construction process.This person will work closely with the client often in face-to-face meetings and create or revise current prototypes and details and be a force for change.
Demonstrated experience with understanding a client's vision to develop options with sketches, Revit, or other software and complete final construction document and details in Revit is required. Previous program, project management and people skills are required. We seek a self starter who has a good understanding of design and construction with architecture and all bulding disciplines.
