Job Responsibilities:

Our IT Support Technician is responsible for providing general IT systems support. This includes resolving internal user problems and ensuring correct operation of HFA desktops, laptops, and Xen systems. Installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains software, hardware, and peripherals. Maintains parts inventory and logs all service/repair activity via ticketing system. This role is critical in supporting our people and will directly report to the Sr IT Support Specialist or IT Support Lead.

• Assist with the efficient day-to-day operations of the Systems team
• Strong understanding of Computer Systems, how they function, and their components
• Strong understanding of software installation and troubleshooting
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and use available resources to find a solution
• Assists BIM Team and IT Systems with daily helpdesk support and content creation, for all office locations
• Ability to Learn New Software, Hardware, Systems, and Processes
• Maintains parts inventory and log all service/repair activity via ticketing system.

Experience: 1-3 years of IT Support/Helpdesk/Hardware Repair experience

Education Requirements: Highschool Diploma or Equivalent, 2 Years relevant Experience preferred but not mandatory

Licensure Requirements: CompTIA A and/or ITF , Microsoft 365 Fundamentals preferred but not mandatory
