Position Summary: The Commercial Lines Account Manager will support Account Executives in managing client accounts, processing policy changes, preparing quotes, and maintaining records. Key responsibilities include handling client inquiries, assisting with new business submissions and renewals, and generating insurance documents.
Location : Tampa, FL.
Office : Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Process policy changes, endorsements, audits, cancellations, and renewals.
- Manage client inquiries and provide prompt assistance.
- Assist with new business submissions and renewal processes.
- Generate insurance documents and proposals.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with agency standards.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Preferably hold FL 2-20 license (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience with AMS360 and ImageRight is advantageous.
- 1-2 years of commercial lines insurance experience.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and MS Office Suite.
