Overview: The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow. This is a critical role that requires strong technical skills, organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.

• Acts as the key intermediary between the technical teams and business stakeholders, tasked with gathering requirements and prioritizing changes for system features and enhancements.
• Facilitates regular coordination with agency vendors for specialized maintenance of infrastructure and systems.
• Leads remote, hybrid, and on-site cross-functional teams in the delivery of advertising, web, hosting, data enrichment, and SEO services, directly contributing to the company's overall growth and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to all departments within the organization, working closely with an IT department.
• Team Management: Recruit, hire, and manage staff across multiple departments, ensuring high performance and alignment with company goals.
• Product/Feature Development: Improve technological capabilities, create documentation, and optimize processes to increase functionality.
• Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, with a focus on programmers, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
• Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Problem-Solving: Identify challenges and opportunities for improvement, developing and implementing solutions to drive company growth.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

• Excellent patience, communication, and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on client relations and team collaboration.
• Demonstrated experience in hiring and managing staff across multiple disciplines.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify problems and develop creative solutions.
• Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
