Position Title: Human Resources Administrative Assistant
Location: Bethlehem, GA
Employment Type: 40 hours per week/Temporary – 3-Month (with potential for permanent)

Position Summary:
The HR Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources team through efficient handling of administrative and clerical tasks. This role focuses on managing detailed, repetitive work, maintaining HRIS systems, and organizing employee files. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Manage daily HR communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Assist in onboarding activities, including preparing packets, checking in employees, and maintaining ID systems.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and calendar updates for HR staff.
- HRIS & Documentation:
- Update and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
- Generate reports and manage data entry for HR projects and audits.
- Project Assistance:
- Support major HR initiatives and assist team members with departmental projects.
- Assist in drafting policies, process documents, and employee communications.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform daily tasks such as updating logs, scanning documents, and organizing files.
- Ensure data accuracy in all tasks, especially those requiring precision and attention to detail.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in an office setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems such as ADP.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle repetitive, detail-oriented tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Primarily office-based with occasional interaction with other departments.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and manage repetitive tasks daily.
- May involve occasional lifting of files or materials up to 20 pounds.
