Location: Atlanta, GA, 30326
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in family law and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. The Family Law Paralegal will be responsible for:
  • Assisting attorneys in all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, and adoption
  • Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
  • Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
  • Managing case files and maintaining accurate records
  • Preparing for and attending hearings, mediations, and trials
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Family Law Paralegal
  • Associate's degree or higher in Paralegal Studies or related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
