Must have at least 1 Year of experience in a New Car Dealership Finance Manager position.

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to promote new and repeat business
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle that best fits their needs and budget
- Offer financing and insurance options to customers to maximize the dealership's profit
- Work closely with the sales team to negotiate deals and close sales
- Maintain knowledge of current market trends and competition to effectively price and sell vehicles and services
- Accurately complete all paperwork and financial documents associated with the sale of a vehicle
- Follow up with customers after a sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Adhere to all dealership policies and procedures regarding sales, finances, and customer interaction
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Finance Office in a New Car Dealership.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of financial management and financing options
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Reynolds dealership management systems
- 5 Day work week-No Sundays!
