Potential Opportunity to make up to and over $100,000.00
Must have at least 1 Year of experience in a New Car Dealership Finance Manager position.
Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the dealership
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to promote new and repeat business
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle that best fits their needs and budget
  • Offer financing and insurance options to customers to maximize the dealership's profit
  • Work closely with the sales team to negotiate deals and close sales
  • Maintain knowledge of current market trends and competition to effectively price and sell vehicles and services
  • Accurately complete all paperwork and financial documents associated with the sale of a vehicle
  • Follow up with customers after a sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Adhere to all dealership policies and procedures regarding sales, finances, and customer interaction
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Finance Office in a New Car Dealership.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of financial management and financing options
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in Reynolds dealership management systems
  • 5 Day work week-No Sundays!
