- The ideal busser/server assistant is detail oriented, self-motivated and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day. This is an entry level position that could lead to a server position in the future.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by quickly and efficiently clearing restaurant tables
- Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing
- Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables to ensure they are ready for the next guest
- Sincerely thanking guests as they leave and inviting them to return
- Complete other tasts requested/required by the manager on duty
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service, retail sales, or food service experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
- Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
- Flexible schedule - ability to work days, nights, weekends & holidays.
- Demonstrating a high level of organization, cleanliness and a sense-of-urgency
