Location: Brandon, SD Job description: This person is responsible for making sure that our day to day operations are consistent and following line with our values of quality service cleanliness and value. They lead our team of Department Managers that have specific responsibilities in the restaurant. This means helping the department managers to set their goals, follow up on their progress and provide coaching and direction to improve their departments. They are also responsible in developing our shift managers to make sure the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future.
Benefits: **Paid Time Off**
Start accruing .02 hours worked for each payroll after their first anniversary. You can earn up to 80 hours then it will cap with no expiration date. Example - if you worked 60 hours in a pay period you would get 1.20 hours of PTO accrued (60 x .02 = 1.2).
**Insurance**
Eligible for insurance once 90-day measurement period is met and you work 30 hours a week. You will be offered medical insurance. At that time, you will either decline the insurance or accept. If you accept the insurance the cost to you is 50% of the premium and the company pays the rest of the premium. Plan is for Individual coverage only. Child, spouse or family coverage is available but at full cost to employee. Dental and vision are also offered at your own expense.
