Hartford Flavor Cocktail Parlour gets its inspiration from the patron Goddess Diana, who is the goddess of all things natural and the banquet and we hope to reimagine and create a variety of spaces where Diana would feel at home.

Whether it be late night laughter amongst good friends while sipping cocktails over cards in the game parlour, having a quiet romantic dinner in our dining room, afternoon high tea, or sitting at our gorgeous bar having a flight of our Hartford Flavor Company distillery’s spirits brimful with botanicals, you will feel your senses heightened and your palette satiated.

Hartford Flavor Cocktail Parlour seeks a Assistant General Manager to assist the hostess in answering phones, organizing floor plan for the evening, seating guests with grace and professionalism, as well as having a global perspective of whats going on in the building at all times.

This person exemplifies the leadership, strong reservation management experience and exceptional communication skills needed to create and maintain a thriving and inspiring work environment.

We are seeking a person who is passionate about upholding excellence and high standards of service, with strong organizational and communication skills.
