Charlotte Hungerford Hospital is a 122-bed, general acute care community hospital located in Torrington, Connecticut, that serves as a regional health care resource for the 100,000 residents of Litchfield County and Northwest Connecticut. CHH offers personalized attention from an expert team of caregivers and physicians that utilize advanced technology and clinical partnerships in a convenient, safe and comfortable patient environment.

The License Practical Nurse (LPN) will be working directly with patients and their families of Infectious Disease/Wound Care and the provider of this department. Responsibilities include medication administration, data collection and documentation, implementation of the plan of care through defined interventions and collaborating to meet patient and/or family education and discharge needs. Responsibilities need to be performed in compliance with the policies, regulations and procedures of the department and hospital. This is an administrative and clinical assisting position.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year or more preferred in a similar role.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license
