NOTICE OF VACANCY
POSITION: Registered Nurse - 36.25 hours per week-full-time
LOCATION: St. Luke Catholic School
SALARY: $48,870– $59,997 (Union contract currently under negotiation)
DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:
Work under the direction of the school principal and school nursing supervisor to provide comprehensive school health services, and assist in securing for every child, the most immediate and professional care possible in the event of illness or injury at school. Must adhere to the health regulations of the State of Connecticut, and the Southington Board of Education.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must hold a valid Registered Nursing license from State Department of Health to practice professional nursing. Must have at least one year of nursing experience within the last five years. Pediatric experience preferred but not required. Ability to be flexible in assignment and work in team environment. CPR certification required.
