Job Description:

Supervises a work group to ensure that a high quality, cost-effective product or service is delivered in support of the hospital's strategic plan, and the function's goals and objectives. Reports to Nurse Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree and/or appropriate certification required.
• Specific work experience may be necessary.
• Minimum two years relevant clinical experience required. Experience leading employees, preferred.
• Strong communications skills required - both written and verbal.
