Hartmann Young have partnered with an international manufacturer of sterilisation equipment for the biopharma industry. They're looking to add an experienced Business Development Manager to their Customer Care team, on site in Sellersville (PA).
Responsibilities
You'll focus specifically on customer care, and will be responsible for optimising strategic customer relationships and leading the Customer Care Sales team in the US, including two direct reports. Day to day, you'll lead business development activities related to the installed client base, regional and hub market demand, and through customer feedback channels such as voice-of-customer and commercial analytics. The role also includes approximately 50% domestic US travel, with occasional international travel.
Requirements
We're looking for someone intuitive and resourceful, with great communication skills and a respectful approach to customers.
