Hartmann Young are partnered with an award winning diagnostics business who are revolutionising molecular testing at the point of need, the business is rapidly growing and looking to expand their commercial presence in the US.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist who brings a minimum of 3yrs industry experience in a B2B environment to increase lead generation throughout the US with a focus on North Eastern markets.

Responsibilities

• Identify new sales opportunities.
• Work closely with leadership team to map out bespoke solutions.
• Develop a detailed CRM database to improve efficiency.
• Develop leads to build an opportunity pipeline.
• Analyse B2B opportunities.
• Assess market trends/ needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum BSc in Biology/ Molecular Biology.
• 3yrs industry related business development experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Knowledge of relatable products within Genomics & Diagnostics.
• Travel up to 20%.
• Ability to work from Home Office.
