AS AN RN OR LPN MDS COORDINATOR AT HARTS HARBOR HEALTHCARE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONDUCTING COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENTS, DEVELOPING CARE PLANS, AND ENSURING ACCURATE DOCUMENTATION IN COMPLIANCE WITH RAI GUIDELINES. YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE COLLABORATING WITH THE INTERDISCIPLINARY TEAM, INCLUDING CASE MANAGEMENT AND SKILLED NURSING STAFF, TO PROVIDE THE HIGHEST QUALITY OF CARE TO OUR PATIENTS. ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS ARE ESSENTIAL AS YOU NAVIGATE THE MDS PROCESS EFFICIENTLY. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A RN OR LPN MDS COORDINATOR

To excel as an RN or LPN MDS Coordinator at Nspire, you must have prior experience with MDS 3.0 and be familiar with the software and tools essential for accurate documentation.
